- Soak cashews in boiling water for 20 Minuten, um die perfekte cremige Textur zu erhalten.
- Boil salted water in a large pot; add pasta and cook until al dente, etwa 8-10 Minuten.
- Sauté smoked tofu cubes in olive oil for 4-5 Minuten, bis sie goldbraun und knusprig sind.
- Cook minced garlic in the remaining olive oil for 1-2 Minuten, bis er aromatisch ist.
- Blend soaked cashews with plant milk, nutritional yeast, miso, lemon juice, turmeric, and salt until smooth.
- Combine drained pasta with cashew cream and sautéed garlic in the pot.
- Fold in smoked tofu and season with cracked black pepper.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with parsley and additional smoked tofu if desired.
